Word problem.. They make me want to pull my hair out.. well not my hair.. maybe someone's hair that's close by me. Anyway... On the final exam, Brian needs more than 60 points to get an A in the class. The exam has true/false questions, worth points each, and multiple choice questions, worth 2 points each. Let x be the number of true/false questions he gets correct, and let y be the number of multiple choice questions he gets correct. Write an inequality showing that Brian gets enough points for an A in the class.

x+2*y will be the total number of points he gets. For him to pass, this should be more than 60. Hence x+2y>=60
