Use the grouping method to factor the polynomial in the box completely. 16x^9 + 28x^5 + 20x^4

The only thing I can see coming of that is a 4 from the numbers, and an x^4 from the x's. it would look like this: \[16x^9+28x^5+20x^4 \Rightarrow 4x^4(4x^5+7x+5)\]
