We disagree with the statement “physicists are born not made” because this statement is telling us that you need to be born with the right gene for you to be a physicist. For us, physicists are made not born. Because if you have the perseverance and determination you will become a physicist. Hence, all people have an equal chance to be a physicist.

Only grammar? only "right gene" is wrong - "right genes" is more common.

I think the statement "Physicists are born, not made." is more correct than Physcists are born not made.
