when the modification is done by golgi den how the particles knw that whether they had to stay in cell or move out how do they know the direction
The golgi uses protein "tags" for this purpose. Any defective proteins are given retention tags and not allowed to leave. Others are given tags that allow for retrograde or enterograde movement in the cell. The protein tag is added right to the polypeptide, it is a short sequence of amino acids that is recognized by other proteins (especially proteins involved with binding vesticles to motor MAPS such as dynein and kinesin). So think of the golgi as slapping labels on proteins saying "return to sender" or "send to lysosome" or "excrete from cell", etc.
is their any enzyme for it
There is no specific enzyme associated with this process. It is all recognition of internal amino acid tags that are transcribed with the protein.
it means proteins decide the the path of particle
