i just reinstalled the windows xp sp2 on intel pentium 4 chipset. But i dnt have the drivers . where can i get the drivers from??? and also windows is giving error that some of important system files are missing , hw cn i recover them ?? i think my xp cd is nt working properly

Intel Pentium 4 isn't a chipset but rather a microprocessor chip. You don't need any drivers for that. Be more specific.
If files are missing try to insert your XP CD, then boot and start the repair utility or try to install the SP3.

I know a good site that scans your PC and gives you the latest drivers but it's in French: http://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=29 (try to translate it with Google translate )
Step 1: clcik on "Lancer la détection".
Step 2: install the plugin "Installer le plugin pour Windows 32bit (x86)" (the plugin can be installed in English.
Step 3: go to step 1.
Now it should start the detection. Then it'll show you all the available drivers.
Eventually uninstall the plugin called "ma-config" from your computer.

Your computer's brand and model number would help you know the hardware being used in you system in your computer brand's website. and then most probably they must be providing the necessary drivers for your system. find then, download and you must be done.
