Tonoplast is the membrane of vacuole. Vacuole is storage area of the cell, contains all various stuff you like, like useless molecules, storage molecules, dyes etc.Vesicles are small vesicles which are responsible mainly for transport or storage of now-not-needed proteins like receptors, which can be fastly utilized in this way. They don't have any enzymatic activity by themselves.

vacoules: the veacoules sacs are mainly filled with water and store materials needed by the cell (e.g. food) as well as the waste products. the vecoules help the cell get rid of these waste products. plant cells have large vacoules, while some animal cells have smaller ones or none at all.
