\[\dfrac{(5x^2+6x-27)(21x^2+39x+18)}{(28x^3+24x^2)(15x^2-12x-27)}=\dfrac{(5x^2+6x-27)(7x^2+13x+6)}{4x^2(7x+6)(5x^2-4x-9)}=\] =\[\dfrac{(5x-9)(x+3)(7x+6)(x+1)}{4x^2(7x+6)(5x-9)}=\dfrac{(x+3)(x+1)}{4x^2} , x \neq -6/7,9/5\]
