I'm trying to source a bread bag in MLA format. The nutrition information on a loaf of Earth Grains 100% Whole Wheat has more information than I find on their website. I'm writing a paper evaluating nutrition content of some wheat breads.

To my knowledge, you would use a misc. citation, under MLA 7. So, on your works cited page, the citation would look something like this: Earth Grains. Earth Grains 100% Whole Wheat Nutrition Information. XXX. Label. YYY. The Xs are the copyright year on the bag and the Ys are the city and state the company is found in. "Earth Grains 100% Whole Wheat Nutrition Information" is in italics, but openstudy formatting wouldn't allow it. Your parenthetical citation would just be "(Earth Grains)."
