1.gametocytes enter into female mosquito when it bite malaria infected human 2.inside it become plasmodium gamete and fertilize themselves.these are known as sporozoite 3.sporozoite goes to salivary of mosquito and when it bite another human it get transfered to human. 4.within human, sprozoites rapidly infest the livr and as the liver cell mature(schizont) 5.within a short time infected liver budd of and these buds contains thousand of merozoites. 6.now they flow in blood stream and some of them become gametocytes.
