Once you have reduced a polynomial to a quadratic function, you can always use the quadratic fomula to finish the problem? True or False.

f(x) = ax^2 +bx +c is a quadratic function. it doesn't have a solution, it states a relationship. Is this a tricky kind of T,F, because I would say F and change the word function to equation. Finish the problem is also vague, find the zeroes, yes. If vague references and loose terminology is normal for your course, then T, otherwise, F.

I'm dealing with Factoring Polynomials Completely. I think its true, but I am unsure.
