although here - looks like they are looking for the area of the larger segment, whereas before we calculated the area of the smaller segment.

So, if we know the area of the smaller segment (from the previous question I answered) - and we can easily calculate the area of the enitre circle . Then the area of the large segment = area of the entire circle minus the area of the small segment (small halfmoon)
