need help solving please the square root of 4x plus 5 minus square root of x-1 equals 3

I'm not sure if this is correct, but I got 25.66. I squared the sqrtx-1 and 3. Then square the 4x and the 3. Then add the 1 on both sides. Combine the x's. Subtract 5 on both sides. Simplify.
