Question

I totally forgot how to do these kind of problems... It's a big E with a 9 on the top, m=4 on the bottom of it, and m/3 on the right of it. Will someone please help me remember? Thank you so much!

this is called summation symbol. you need to add all the terms (m/3) from m=4 to 9. i.e. (4/3+5/3+...+9/3)
