the 4th quadrant has positive x and negative y

Find the negative y's on ur graph. They are all underneath the origin, since negatives are less than 0. Now find the positive x's. they are all to the right of the origin, because positive numbers are more than 0. THe area in between your positive x line and negative y line is the 4th quadrant.
