Hello, I am attempting to cite government websites in reference to traffic laws: for example: http://www-nrd.nhtsa.dot.gov/Pubs/811386.pdf

When citing documents or pages in MLA in my college papers I used N/A for unknown authors. I made sure to properly reference which site a document was sourced from. Look for "Online Lecture Notes and Presentation Slides" on this page: http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/10/ If you need MLA format it would appear you cite normally and then name the type of file at the end. See "Digital Files (PDFs, MP3s, JPEGs)" at https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/747/09/
