Surgery: Colectomy (surgical removal of the diseased section of colon with a clear non-affected margin) followed by colostomy or colectomy followed by colo-colic or colo-rectal anastomosis according to the position of the tumor and extent of area affected. Regional Lymphadenectomy. + Adjuvant: chemotherapy, radiotherapy or immuno-therapy.
