put some mice in a cage with a running wheel, and give it a piece of cheese every time it gets on its wheel. test the effects of positive reinforcement by measuring the difference between the time the mouse spent on the wheel before and after you began giving it cheese for every time it ran. *
this could also be used for a psychology project.
