ummmmmmm, is there anything simpler, it looks like some twinted arabic to me... thanx 4 trying to help, but pitman shorthand is just weird, sorry. 0.o?

any shorthand method will have symbols which will not look like normal alphabet...
i learnt Pitman's shorthand on my own and found it easy once I read the book and practiced it......

yes, it is called "eliminate the vowel" method but problem is u still hv to use vowels at many places........as u hv done in your shortened version..!!!!!

no, its not a requirement i looked up a note taking strategy and that was in there

I also learnt shorthand as I wanted to become a journalist ( which I never became...)

However, it came to my aid when i wanted to note something down quickly and also to write something that I did not want someone to read/understand.....
