Forget flash, learn HTML5, CSS3.0, and JS/AJAX

Also, there is no quick way to learn to be a designer if you want to develop it try Node.JS/Python for the back end.

If it is that urgent just hire someone to do it for you.

Forget about flash. Flash is died! Use HTML5/CSS3 instead. It's easier to learn and much more posibilities.
