the frist site the game its in flash, research of the future html 5 an things u can do there. Or u can use what Afiqfaidhy told, focusing in the javascript that will make the things animated in the game and will use some ajax to use mysql and php in a good way. Of course u can use other server technologies (ruby on rails, etc), database (postgre sql, etc), but u need javascript.

ok , but before releasing HTML5 , what were they using to program that nice and graphical games website? just javascript and PHP !!!
