what is the x-intercept of: 4x+5y=8?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The x-intercept is where the line cuts through the x-axis. This happens when the y co-ordinate is equal to zero: \[4x + 5y = 8\]\[4x + 5(0) = 8\]\[4x = 8\]\[x = 2\]
