Question

When i look on the Eyepiece of the microscope with BOTH EYES OPEN. Tilt the mirror and i see bright circle of light. What do you call this?

um i think you are seeing the light that is shone though the specimen
im talking about the light source

Its just the brain joining up both images its seeing from both eyes and creating a composite image

and why would a composite image have a whole imaginary circle of light?

That would be the lightbulb. You need to focus to see things under the microscope.
