Can u list me the subatomic particles of an atom? i think there r 35 of them!

The only subatomic particles that make up an atom are quarks (up and down quarks) and gluons, as well as electrons that orbit the nucleus. this answers your specific question related to the atom. However there are a vast number of other particles in nature, some fundamental, and others made up of these fundamental particles. For example there are 6 quarks, called up, down, strange, charm, top and bottom (each of which can have one of three colours/flavours). Two quarks make a meson, and depending upon their combination makes a different meson. Where as particles made up of 3 quarks are known as hadrons, with different names depending upon which three quarks make it. There are 3 types of electron, called the electron, muon, and tau electron. There are 3 types of neutrino, called the electron neutrino, mu neutrino, and the tau neutrino. There are also the W and Z bosons that mediate the weak force, as well as eight types of gluons that mediate the strong force, and finally the well known photons. Now throw in the anti-particles of these and you effectively double the number of particles (bearing in mind taht photons are their own anti-particles). There are actually 36 distinct types of fundamental particles (38 if you count the graviton and Higgs bososn which have yet to be observed). But only a few of them make up the atoms that form us. So the full list is like this We have 6 quarks: up, down, charm, strange, top, bottom 6 anti-quarks: anti-up, anti-down, anti-charm, anti-strange, anti-top, anti-bottom 6 leptons: electron neutrino, electron, muon neutrino, muon, tau neutrino, tau 6 anti-leptons: anti-electron neutrino, anti-electron, anti-muon neutrino, anti-muon, anti-tau neutrino, anti-tau electron 8 types of gluon (a gluon is its own antiparticle) 1 type of W Boson 1 type of anti-W Boson 1 type of Z Boson (a Z boson is its own anti-particle) 1 type of photon (a photon is its own anti particle) 1 Higgs Boson (is its own anti particle) 1 Graviton (is its own antiparticle) Giving 6+6+6+6+8+1+1+1+1+1+1 = 38 particles (36 discounting the Higgs and Graviton taht have yet to be observed in nature).
