maybe this time we do it the hard way. but don't forget to put 1991 = 0, 2000 = 9 and 2016 = 25
we got this part yes? start counting at 1991 put that as year 0 etc
i did one by my self & i got it wrong :(
i would go right to the answer and put \[A=136\times (\frac{141}{136})^{\frac{25}{9}}\]
