Question

if anyone is somewhat professional in fixing computers, i need their help

my bro's com. works, and functions, except when his wireless computer turns on it "breaks" all the internet connection in that router(linksys) that happened after he visited a suspicious looking site to download a game, but did NOT download it. afterwards, we found out that his antivirus system(Norton 360 V. 4.3.0.5) does not work at all, it wont even open. help!?!?

I believe your com. has a virus.. you need to get a bootable anti-virus from a cd and run the scan from it.

What you can do is download this anti virus software which is free run a whole system scan fix the errors and then restart computer and voulah you shall have a virus free computer here is link: http://free.avg.com/us-en/homepage Hope this helps
