I can't really flaw it. However, I came across a little issue I had, which I see runs the same for you too. In the end I could only solve it by adjusting the uni code. It is this: if there is a single character key, and the target ends with the key (eg 'a', 'atagagtacataga') it will not count the last key.

Anyway, nice code.
