If you're not on a touch interface device, i suggest you get either a mouse or keyboard, if you're on paper, try a pencil.

There is inbuilt application on latest machines which can translate your speech into text.

yu can try virtual i mean on screen keyboard..... but if it s the case of no mouse too... better yu buy them !!!
