OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

WOW!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think its 3x=6-12 x = -6/3 x=-2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

demetriusj638, can you also divide by zero?

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

i think its 3x-6=12 LOL

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'd have to go with Saifoo's version. Usually easy questions like this are in the form of ?? +/- ?? = constant

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh wait... it probably WAS plus, since the equals sign is on the plus button. Anyhow, 3x+6=12 3x+6 - 6 = 12 - 6 3x = 6 Divide by the 3 in front of the x, x = 2
