what is the most important in one novel?

Can you explain a little more about what you want to know? Since novels are fiction, I personally think quality fiction writing has to have unique, distinctive characters (protagonists) who undergo some type of conflict that brings about transformation and impacts change. Setting (location and time period) can be imaginary, contemporary, or historical. Effective writing invites the reader into a new world and new conversations that provoke reflection about the human condition.

It has to be well written!! that is a bit primary. A badly written book will be hell to read anyways.

Faithful to real life if you are following our good friend Dotsoevsky whose accounts are painfully real and unavoidant of reality however harsh.
