OpenStudy (mattfeury):

I think that attachments *may* be broken. They were this morning. :/

myininaya (myininaya):

what kindof problem is it? is it too long to type?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The Quistons are two hard to type

OpenStudy (anonymous):

:(

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

myinin's here!

myininaya (myininaya):

hey saifoo

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

Hii Myinin, Long time No C?? lol/

OpenStudy (mattfeury):

You can post them on a free service site like http://www.imgur.com and link to them here for now. Sorry about that. Truth be told... we are out of space currently, heh.

OpenStudy (mattfeury):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I just did now what happens?

OpenStudy (mattfeury):

OpenStudy (mattfeury):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

noooo

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

LCM is 10.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

http://i.imgur.com/ohgnp.png

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

\[\frac{2*2+1*5}{10} \] \[\frac{9}{10}\]

myininaya (myininaya):

right! so we have \[\frac{2}{5}*\frac{?}{?}=\frac{2*?}{5*?}=\frac{2*?}{10}\] 5 times what is 10?

myininaya (myininaya):

saifoo i think we are suppose to rewrite 2/5 with a denominator of 10 and rewrite 1/2 with denominator of 10 not add fractions

myininaya (myininaya):

but yes you go about it the same way you have one fraction who is 4/10 that is the 2/5 guy and 5/10 is the 1/2 guy

myininaya (myininaya):

so gj saifoo :)

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

So im right? right?

myininaya (myininaya):

just act as if you were going to combine fractions but you want the lcm of the denominators but don't actually combine the fractions you did what the problem wanted up until adding them

myininaya (myininaya):

lol does that make sense

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

OIC, i did lost a step! :O
