need to parameterize the parabaloid x=y^2+z^2 inside the cylinder 9=y^2+z^2 so i can do the surface integral

I THINK thats how you set it up the take partials and cross them and remeber your X will be 1 not your Z.

sqrt(1+partial(y)^2+partial(z)^2) dydz then integrate your region
