Not quite sure if this is rhetorical. Write about the process of dreaming. Dreams themselves. Memorable dreams. Bad Dreams. Your belief in dreams. Dream analysis. The things to write about are endless. Easiest thing to do is just pick the most memorable aspect of your last dream and expand. Tell the story of the dream as a poem

First of all, look at the prompt and decide what exactly it is you are writing about (aspirations, dreams at night, etc. etc.) From there, take 5 minutes and simply sit quietly and open your mind to just think about everything "dream." Another option is to write a diagram with "dream" in the center and ideas radiating from it and from each other.
