can someone try to explain an easier way to graph a line after you have already found the slope interept and with it being a fraction for the slope
if you know that slope and the y intercept; stair step it to get another point to connect to
slope = y/x; so move to a new point according to how the slope sdirects
spose your slope is -1/2; move from your yintercepts: down 1, and right 2 to get to a new point
ok so this is the problem (-4,-19) and (-15,-20) which come to y=1/11 +76/11 so tell me how i begin to graph it in the first place please
if you simply want to graph this; they already give you 2 points; mark them and connect a line thru them ...
if they jsut gave you the equation; then you would go to (76/11) on your y axis and step out the slope (1/11) by moving up 1 and right 11 to the next point
