The volume of a cone is 300 cubic kilometers. If the radius of the base is 5 kilometers, what is the height of the cone? Use 3.14 for (pie). Show your work and round to the nearest tenth

OpenStudy (mathsolver):

3.8 km because v=1/3(pi*r^2*h) if you substitute 300 for v and 5 for r, you end up with h=3.8

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[V=h/3*\pi*r^2\] \[h=3*V/\pi*r^2\] h=11,465

Wait? im getting to different answers from both of you?

OpenStudy (anonymous):
