can u explain how to to this please?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Volume of a triangular based pyramid is: V=(1/3)*A*h, where A is area of the base and h is height of pyramid. Area of triangular base is (1/2)*(15)*(9)= 67.5ft. Now subsitute that in to the original equation knowing that the height is 13ft to get: V=(1/3)*(67.5ft)*(13ft). V=292.5ft
