Well, it all depends on what the argument IS. 
Sentence A would be a better argument if Mr. Aniello is trying to prove how effective and successful the art program is; Sentence B would be better to present to perhaps a board of directors that are trying to remove the art program; and sentence C would not be a very strong argument for much, considering it is just an opinion.
