Which shows the factors of x^-3x^2+4x-12 A.(x^2-2)(x+6) B.(x^2+4)(x-3) C.( x^2+2)(x-6) D.(x^2-4)(x+3)

can you write a clearer polynomial

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea x*2-3x^2+4x-12

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x*2 means 2x?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x to the second power

so combine the like terms of x^2-3x^2+4x-12 you get: -2x^2+4x-12 which can't be factored into any of the choices. I think your copying of the polynomial is wrong
