I need help simplifying this: [ (a+1/b)^m * (a-1/b)^n ] / [ (b+1/a)^m * (b+1/a)^n ]
If i'm not clear enough, all the 1/a and 1/b should be (1/a) and (1/b)
http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=%28a%2B%281%2Fb%29%29^m+*+%28a-%281%2Fb%29%29^n++%2F++%28b%2B%281%2Fa%29%29^m+*+%28b%2B%281%2Fa%29%29^n (Alternate form assuming a, b, m and n are positive)
The equation is actually this: http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=%28%28a%2B%281%2Fb%29%29^m+*+%28a-%281%2Fb%29%29^n%29++%2F++%28%28b%2B%281%2Fa%29%29^m+*+%28b%2B%281%2Fa%29%29^n%29 But, I still don't understand how Wolfram got that answer. It would help if there were steps so I could understand it clearer.
Sure, at least now u know the answer, it will help with the tedious algebra...
