The French lost several forts, and Paris gave England all of North America east of the Mississippi including what is now Canada and Florida.

Non-Treaty results were that the colonies began to spread out towards the west, the first step towards manifest destiny. The Indian Lost their homes and were killed/pushed off ancestrial lands. Assimilation, Lost of Culture, etc...
