may be because you dont have streaming settings if you are using mobile phone ,and low band width or faulty connectivity in internet connection if using broad band ..try to down load lectures first

might need new version of viewer: http://www.longtailvideo.com/players/jw-flv-player. not sure if you need to update java or flash for this viewer but thats a problem I run into alot when fixing peoples computers
