the solution is r=2 and s=9

s = s (12+3r)/2 = (31-2r)/3 3(12+3r) = 2(31-2s) 36+9r = 62 - 4r 13r = 26 r = 2
s = 9

That's the same thing I got. I eliminated the s variable at the very beginning
