Why don't you relax, make yourself at home, think 'I am here to make the most of Open Study' RELAX. Look around. RELAX STILL FURTHER.
Academic Abilities are skill aqquisiton and practice practice practice.
For instance I am simply learning to READ despite of 2:1 Hons BA years ago in Government and Sociology from a Research based Institution. Reason I got out of practice.
I have basic unmentioned apps so I can learn stuff. Go as low as you need to learn to master a subject properly.
If you are self learner let brain go off on it's own merry ways and go to Town. How I do it: read what the flutter I like, get books what the flutter I like, get any Papers etc what the flutter I like. So long as they can be downloaded and are fully readable, my little brain is a whole lot happier and more relaxed and able to think properly and concisely for mastering a new subject. In my case Reading and Writing the Essay Fall 2004 as firt port of call.

I would say, take a break. Free your mind and spirit, find someone to talk to about something entirely different from the ordinary. Get, to learn that a lot of people care about you, and that you can share your concerns and seek direction. And, while you are doing this, it might help to reflect on how you got there in the first place, which might solutions for future crisis management.
