The adjournment motion is an extraordinary procedure which, if admitted, leads to setting aside the normal business of the House for discussing a definite matter of urgent public importance. [1]

And to call the attention of any minister in the parliament by a member with the prior permission of the Speaker towards any matter of public importance is procedure known as calling attention notice. [2]
