when we see parenchyma under microscope it looks like an oval shape or circular but it is actually made up or elongated cells 14 planes... so what we called the 14 planes is there any specific name for it

the most i know is that Parenchymatous tissue comes in handy for a lot of stuff. it's shape varies with it's function. but, 14 planes ?
