The 'click' overlay for the Add Attachment button is too large and will overlap the post button if the screen resolution is 1024x768

I'm mostly having this issue in firefox. I occasionally use chrome and don't recall if I've had the problem there.

Hmm, what browser version and windows version are you using? I've tried testing on FF 3.5 on XP and I can't reproduce it.

When the window is shrunken small enough (width-wise), the buttons should each get their own row. Is that happening? Perhaps a screen shot might help...

It mostly happens on my other laptop with a small screen. It's using the latest Firefox in windows xp. I've seen other people mention the issue also if they click the right half of the post image it pops up to attach a file. but if they click all the way to the left side of the image it works properly.

For example, in this image, clicking anywhere to the left of the space between the o and the s in Post would cause the attachment window to pop up. Clicking on the s or any part of the Post button to the right of the s works fine.
