since the bottom is a ^2 and the top is a ^1 the HA is 0
since there are no like terms after factoring top and bottom to cancel out; andthing that makes the bottom go 0 is a VA
In this case, the bottom doesn't factor on the reals, it factors complex, so there are no "real" vertical asymptotes.

No, just no real vertical. There is the horizontal one at y=0
