A quick sketch is always helpful. Assume your circle is (x-a)^2 + (y-b)^2 = r^2, this gives u a couple equations in a,b and r. On your sketch. construct the radii from the given points, u can see a right triangle at the tangent to radius and to y-axis (point on line), solve for r and use 2 equations above to a,b
