Since there are only 24 letters to choose from (because we cant pick I or O), For the first letter we have 24 choices, and the second we also have 24 choices.  Thats 24*24 combinations.  Then for the digits, we have 10 choices for the first number, and 10 for the second.  So thats 10*10.  Put it all together and:
24*24*10*10 = 57600 total combinations.
