the probability of spinning red is 1/3 then on the next spin the prob. of spinning blue is 1/3 multiply (1/3)*(1/3) and that is the probability of spinning red, then blue.

you forgot to add the yellows in your tree diagram. :) make a tree diagram that starts in THREE directions... going to a Y and a R and a B at first. and then repeat for each one.
