Cells that do not have nucleus basically doesn't have them. e.g. the cells that make up our eye lens, red blood cells, etc

the nucleus is where all the genetic information is contained in eukaryotes, so in cells like platelets and red blood cells, which are un-nucleated, the chromosomes (genetic material) is absent.
